Whether you have a small or large family, you will find that the model houses in 205 Santolan have more than enough space for all of you. Speaking of the houses, they are all designed using ultra-modern aesthetics. Do not expect traditional looking houses here. You will not even see traditional roof lines when you gaze upon the community once it is finished. What you will see are clusters of 3 to 4 story tall homes that look more like they belong in the middle of Makati or Bonifacio Global City. These are not your ordinary, run of the mill homes. Case in point, the Unit Type D, which is a 4-bedroom house, is built on a lot with an area, which is not much bigger than what most budget townhouses sit on top of. However, even though the lot is not that big, Rockwell Land’s design team still managed to fit four bedrooms, giving the house a total floor area of almost 350 square meters.
Now, if you think that walking up and down four flights of stairs will be too much for your knees, don’t worry because with the way the houses are designed (staggered floors), it will only feel as if the house just has three stories. The lower ground floor houses the first bedroom and the Maid’s quarters (which has a direct access to the kitchen via spiral staircase). The upper ground floor is where the kitchen, dining area, and living room are all located. The lower second floor (which is half a flight of stairs up) is where you will find the second bedroom and the powder room. The upper second floor is where the Master’s bedroom is located.
On the lower third floor of the house is the third bedroom. Finally, on the top of the stairs are the two roof deck levels. Every bedroom, including the Maid’s quarters, all have their own separate bathrooms. However, the one in the Master’s bedroom is much larger (of course) and it also has a walk-in closet. On paper, it seems that you will be walking up six flights of stairs to get to the roof deck of the house but actually, you are just walking up three floors.
